Strategic Real Estate Counsel in New York
ELLIOT DERVICH
Elliot Dervich is a real estate attorney advising property owners, investors, landlords, and developers throughout New York. His practice is devoted exclusively to real estate transactions and litigation, with an emphasis on precision, risk management, and long-term asset protection.
Raised in Brooklyn, Elliot developed an early understanding of the role real estate plays not only as an investment, but as identity, legacy, and leverage. That perspective continues to inform his work, every matter is approached with the awareness that behind each transaction is capital, reputation, and long-term consequence.
Elliot earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law. He began his legal career at a real estate transactional firm, where he worked on residential and commercial acquisitions, contract negotiation, and closing execution. He then transitioned to a litigation firm, representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes, contract actions, and complex real estate conflicts.
This combination of transactional and courtroom experience shapes his approach today. Agreements are drafted with enforceability in mind. Negotiations are conducted with leverage and exit strategy already considered. Disputes are handled with disciplined advocacy and measured judgment.
In 2022, Elliot founded his practice to provide a more focused and elevated level of representation. By maintaining a selective caseload, he ensures direct attorney involvement, strategic oversight, and responsiveness that institutional practices often cannot offer.
Clients retain Elliot not simply to process a transaction, but to protect their position, from contract to closing, and when necessary, through litigation.
